About me

I specialise in adult mental health and currently work with both private clients and those who are referred through the NHS. I am an integrative counsellor, and have experience with the Living Life to the Full (LLTTF) research development project, a computerised CBT (CCBT) programme, and volunteering with Anxiety UK as a helpline operator. I also have experience working in a private practice as a professional therapist. I regularly attend new courses and workshops to extend my knowledge, and am extremely passionate about my work.
